Harrison James Viles is a criminal defense attorney who represents individuals charged with misdemeanors and traffic-related offenses throughout Arizona. His practice focuses on DUI cases, domestic-violence allegations, assault, disorderly conduct, and other municipal court matters.

Born and raised in Arizona, Harrison is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix and The University of Arizona in Tucson. Having lived in many different parts of the state, he has a deep appreciation for the communities he serves and the people who inhabit them.

Before focusing exclusively on criminal defense, Harrison practiced in the Federal District Court handling bankruptcy matters and in Arizona Superior Court representing clients in family law cases. That background gives him a broader perspective on how legal issues intersect with family, finances, and long-term stability, considerations that often matter greatly to his criminal defense clients.

Harrison approaches every case with the understanding that a criminal charge does not define a person and that we all make mistakes. Many of his clients are parents, working professionals, or individuals facing the justice system for the first time. He prioritizes clear communication, practical guidance, and careful attention to the collateral consequences of a case, including employment and immigration concerns to reach a truly complete resolution to the case. Harrison regularly works with Spanish-speaking clients and is committed to ensuring they fully understand their options and rights under Arizona law.

Outside of work, Harrison spends his time with his wife and two children, who share his love of being outdoors and staying active.
