Kristina earned her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. She also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science. Her background in psychology plays a critical role in her family law practice, particularly in cases involving children, high-conflict dynamics, allegations of abuse, or mental health concerns.

What sets Kristina apart is her unique and extensive litigation background. Before focusing on family law, she spent years as both a Deputy Public Defender and an Assistant Federal Public Defender, handling serious and complex cases in courtrooms at both the state and federal levels. That experience gives her a distinct advantage in family law matters involving contested hearings, credibility disputes, domestic violence allegations, and cases that intersect with criminal proceedings. She occasionally still practices in the criminal arena as well.

Kristina previously owned and operated her own law firm for eight years, where she built a reputation for being prepared, strategic, and results-oriented.
